A Look Behind Our ‘Que Process
We smoke our meats at a low temperature, for an extended amount of time. Others may think it is done, but it isn’t until Andrew gives his approval.
There is no substitute for quality. We smoke our meats for several hours. We select our products with the right amount of marbling and fats to keep our barbecue tender and juicy.
We use hickory and post oak wood for a to develop just the right amount smoke in our barbecue.
Our Rubs and Sauces
We use a housemade dry rub and have a variety of hand crafted sauces that compliment the flavors of each meat.
